What to ask before "What Is Your Rate?"
"No price is a good price if you're not satisfied with the results!"
Here is some important information you should consider before requesting a price from ANY prospective DJ for your upcoming event.
ASK: Are you available for our event ? We are in demand...this should be the first question you ask us! You may also check our availability by using the Availability Checker below.
ASK: Who will be our DJ? Do they have the experience and expertise to handle the specific etiquette and formalities required at our event? Rob Peters Entertainment has many different DJs available for your event. If you have an interest in a specific entertainer, ask us when inquiring about our services. TELL US: Before givng you pricing information for your upcoming event, we NEED to know the following:
* The day and date of your event
* The type of event you need our services for
* The location (including city/town and state) where your event will be held
* Start and end times of your event
* The services you are interested in having us provide for you
As each of our customers requires specific needs and tastes for their events, the information above will allow us to provide you with an approximate price.
REMEMBER: Here are some other considerations when contracting entertainment for your upcoming event:
* You REALLY do get what you pay for. Nationally, rates for the DJ industry do vary, ranging from $350 to over $5000. The best price may NOT always be the best deal.
* DJ rates vary based on a variety of factors, including experience, talent, emcee ability, equipment needed, music knowledge and personality.
* The day of your event can make a difference in the price. Saturdays are the most popular day of the week for events and celebrations. Some entertainment companies (including Rob Peters Entertainment) are able to offer flexible pricing for events on Fridays or Sundays. (This is NOT always guaranteed, especially if your event is occuring on a Holiday weekend!)
